We can learn a lot. We can learn History of players, how to play the sport, how to be a good leader, how to be a good teammate, discipline, respect, responsibility, caring for another person, being honest, and finally being a good fan/player of what you play(it's call good sportsmen ship)

I disagree will this law because, if a kid under the age of 18 want the new hottest game that came out to play it , he/she should be able to get it if its rated his age limit.

Its important to have computer/technology skills because its base on life. We use these things every day. Phones, computer, TV's, etc is use to help us for every thing so we need to have skills.
